Invalidovna in Bloom, Karlin
I took this one back in April when everything was in bloom. The building is called Invalidovna, which means: a dormitory for war invalids (veterans). It was built between 1731 and 1737. It's located in Karlin, near my office, so I usually wander around at lunchtime.
